1. Purpose of Processing Personal Data

The personal data collected are, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law, for the purposes of ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the persons who have a business relationship with the Company and ensuring the security of the Company's locations. is processed.

2. Parties and Purpose of Transfer of Personal Data

The personal data collected are, within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, to ensure the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of the persons who have a business relationship with the Company and to ensure the security of the Company's locations. Legally authorized institutions and organizations can be shared upon request.

 3. Personal Data Collection Method and Legal Reason

Personal data is collected through closed circuit camera systems located at locations. Personal data collected for the above-mentioned legal reasons can be processed and transferred for the purposes specified in Articles 1 and 2 of this Clarification Text within the scope of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the Law No. 6698.

 
4. Rights of Data Owners and Use of These Rights

Data owners pursuant to Article 11 of the Law,

· Learning whether personal data is processed or not,

If personal data has been processed, requesting information about it,

To learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the purpose,

Knowing the third parties to whom personal data is transferred in the country or abroad,

Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing and requesting notification of the transaction made in this context to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,

Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, although it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of the law and other relevant laws, and requesting the notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

Objecting to the emergence of a result against the person himself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,

It has the right to demand the compensation of the damage in case of loss due to the unlawful processing of personal data.

Such rights will be evaluated and finalized within 30 (thirty) days if they are communicated by the personal data owners through the methods specified in the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy at www.cinehall.com.tr.
